Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I register my child for a program?

    Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot.

  • Does my child need experience?

    No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.

  • How often do you practice?

    Before school starts, practices could be every day.  However, the week school starts practices are limited to 3 full practices a week for the rest of the season.  There are allowances to have a 4th day if it is just a walk through or film session.  Typically the older grades, especially A teams may have this film day.

  • What is included in the registration fee?

    Registration fees cover:

  • What is your refund or cancellation policy?

    Refunds can be requested by contacting the registrar. In general, refunds may be available before the season begins, minus any administrative or processing fees.  The leauge paus uniforms and conference fees in June and film is paid in July so refunds can be decreased significantly the closer we get to the beginning of the season.

  • How can I contact the organization with questions?

    You can contact us through the email address or contact form listed on our website. Our team will respond as quickly as possible during regular business hours.

  • What equipment is required?

    The league provides helmets, shoulder pads, jersey, and padded pants.  Parents are also required to provide their own mouthguard.  Other equipment, such as custom chin straps, guardian caps for helmets, and socks are optional items that can be purchased by parents but are not required.

  • Are volunteers or coaches needed?

    Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact our coaches representative directly.

  • How will I receive updates and announcements?

    All updates from the league are sent via email and through  the Team Sideline app. Having the app is VITAL, as some accounts redirect our emails to spam at times. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.

  • Are games played on holidays?

    There will NOT be games during the weekend of fall break, though teams that play during the week typically have games that week.  There WILL be games on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend.  Plan accordingly.

  • How are coaches trained or screened?

    Coaches are required to complete background checks and head's up training based on organization policies and requirements.

  • What is the organization's code of conduct?

    All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.  Parents and Coaches are expected to show respect to both referees and field representatives.  Disagreements amongst spectators are expected to be handled civily.  Those who do not follow these guidelines may be ejected from field and their player would have to leave with them.  It may also result in a suspension for both the player and the parent.
