If you are out of boundaries, check your address in google maps.  It needs to match what is in google maps.  If there is a discrepancy in the address, email the registrar and it can be changed to match google maps.

Once you register, your receipt will have a red warning that says that your address needs verification.  As long as you uploaded a photo, the only thing that needs to be done is on the league's end.  You do not need to add anything else.
